Q!

1. Yes, of course I eat unhealthy food occasionally! I really don't believe in depriving yourself of the things you love, ever, because chances are you'll end up craving them and binging on them after a while anyway. As said in early posts I have a cheat day which is Sunday. I eat whatever I like on this day, specifically ice-cream because I, I can't even  find a word to describe how much I love it hahah and I can't imagine life without ice-cream... Throughout the week I eat pretty well (wouldn't define it as that healthy though) and apart from a bit of chocolate/lollies here and there as well as anything else sweet after dinner. Also on the weekends I usually go out for dinner or lunch and what I order isn't always 'healthy', but I try to make it so. I usually eat vegetarian if I go out because it's cheaper, filling and keeps me going for the whole day. One thing I don't do that is really bad unhealthy though is eat fast food and soft drinks, this isn't because I love being healthy (and I do) it's simply because I don't even like it anymore and don't think it's worth it. Believe me when I say, if you stop eating it for awhile your body just won't want it anymore...your body will crave all the good stuff instead. But the main answer to this question is yes, of course, I do eat unhealthy food...but I work hard at the gym to make up for it.
2. Um, I initially didn't know a solid answer to this because I use the leg press (works wonders) at the gym to make my thighs tight and sxc so I generally don't do exercises at home to tone them apart from squats. I have alraedy made a post about substitues for squats so check it out here so I'm not repeating myself: http://vasilea.blogspot.com.au/2013/03/substitute-for-squats.html - the main ones that apply to toning thighs are toe taps and hip raises.
I did my research/asked around for other exercises and I found that dumbbell squats and dumbbell lunges are GREAT for toning thighs (if you own a dumbbell that is, if not I'd definitely suggest to invest in one). Also, if your house has a staircase you can try cross-stepping - so starting at the bottom of the staircase  crossing one leg over the other onto the next step the repeat with the next leg and so forth. I tried this earlier and it wasn't intense enough, so I'm going to try it with ankle weights and get back to you.

I hope this helped! Message me if you have any other questions on the links provided on my blogspot.

xx
