Target area #2

We all have certain areas of our bodies that we're not fans of. My core was never one of these parts that I disliked, but after doing some hip raises this morning, I realised how much I h8 it.
I have hardly any muscle in this region and personally, I HATE the look of ribs sticking out. I've always said to Dad that ribs sticking out would be my indicator that I've either gotten too skinny, or need to strengthen up.
After seeing the lack of muscle around my core today, I am determined to build it back up.

Every morning after I wake up (and have something to eat) I'm going to:
- Hold a plank for as long as possible (to work the whole region)
- Do 40 knee-up crunches (for upper abs)
- Do 30 leg raises (for lower abs)

When it comes to strengthening exercises, quality always comes before quantity. Take your time doing your exercise, don't fret if you don't do as many count as you would have liked, doing them slowly and properly will always be more effective.
