These two babies some with me basically everywhere I go - rain, hail. or shine.
On the right is my Frida Kahlo 'holy water' drink bottle from Ishka. I carry her around with me all day, and usually aim to drink about 3 full bottles - which works out to be just over 2 litres of water. I started putting a slice or two of lemon inside my drink bottle because lemon juice is a great source of vitamin C and helps digestion, but now I just add it in because I love the taste.
I really believe that carrying a water bottle around with you whenever possible is an extremely positive habit to get into. It will become a part of your every day life and you'll get used to it which is a perfect way to assure that you're drinking your daily requirements. I'm sure a lot of us are guilty of not doing so.
Why water?
