I always start my day off with a banana, whether its chopped up into my cereal or having a whole one - I make sure they're apart of my day. Bananas work wonders for health, and I don't mean just physically - but mentally too. Here's a couple of reasons why you too should be bananas about bananas ;)

11. Banana peels relieve itching and irritation
12. Avoid binging between meals by eating a banana (because of the blood sugar)

14. Bananas contain the natural mood-enhancer of tryptophan, so you'll be all smiles!
15. Bananas can help the effects of withdrawals from smoking.
16. If you rub the inside of a banana peel on your leather shoes or handbag and polish with a dry cloth it will give them a quick shine ;)
