Late last week I posted about my second target area - my core. Since then, I've been working hard at home making sure I do at least 10 leg raises, 2 minute plank and 40 knee-up crunches daily. I know it's not much but I'm starting off small because the certain muscles I've been focusing on aren't used to being worked - so, even though this core workout isn't much for most people, I definitely feel it. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, and this is definitely one of my weak points hence why it's so rewarding seeing and feeling results!
After only a week, I started to notice a change in my core. I was able to hold a plank for longer and do more leg raises than usual. I also noticed a change in it's appearance although it's nothing significant it was still so motivating and rewarding to notice my work is slowly paying off!

Make goals no matter how small they are, stick to them and I guarantee you'll see results sooner than expected. Don't give up, keep going.
Stay motivated! xx
