Tonight at the gym I did arms for the first time in months. I am determined to get rid of my flabby arms so they're tight and toned. I did triceps on my own at only 18kg - sad I know but we all have to start from somewhere. Later dad then showed me some killer bicep work outs, singling out the muscle, instead of just doing back which includes working the biceps (what I usually do).
I got sucked into Dad training me...and I'm definitely paying for it now. The guys across from me were even laughing/smiling at my efforts (unless they were laughing at how vocal I was)
I'm really hoping pain is gain in this sense, because I literally cannot move.
This is my goal!
